Is your pricing fixed?
Yes — the fare shown at quote time is the fare you pay, including VAT, airport parking, and any tolls. No meter, no surge pricing.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight number from wheels-up. If you land late, your driver waits at no extra charge and you get a text when they're at arrivals.
How do I find my driver at the airport?
Meet-and-greet is included on every booking. Your driver will be inside arrivals with a name board. You'll also get their direct mobile number on your confirmation.
Which Scottish airports do you cover?
Edinburgh (EDI), Glasgow (GLA), Aberdeen (ABZ), Inverness (INV), Prestwick (PIK) and Dundee (DND). All routes are fixed-fare.
Can I cancel or amend my booking?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup — full refund. Amendments can be made in your account or by calling support.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. Monthly invoicing, PO references, centralised bookings and a dedicated account manager for teams making regular transfers.
