1. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed by email upon payment. Your booking reference must be quoted for any amendments or cancellations.

2. Fixed Fares

The fare displayed at the time of booking is the total amount payable, inclusive of VAT, meet-and-greet, and any applicable tolls or airport charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

4. Flight Delays

We monitor flight arrivals and hold your driver at no additional cost. If your flight is cancelled, our standard cancellation policy applies.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles. The driver reserves the right to refuse travel to passengers who are deemed a risk to safety.

6. Liability

NovaTransfers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control. We are fully insured for passenger liability.
